What should you report?
Please contact us immediately if you encounter any of the following:
- Impersonation: Someone claiming to represent BAYA on social media, WhatsApp, or email who is not verified or acting suspiciously.
- Phishing: Fake websites or emails that look like BAYA but ask for your password, bank details, or OTP codes.
- Fraudulent Listings: Products being sold under the BAYA name on platforms other than our official website.
- Payment Scams: Anyone asking you to make a bank transfer directly to a personal account instead of using the official website checkout.
How to Report
To report an issue, please contact our support team directly via WhatsApp. This allows us to review screenshots or links instantly.

- A screenshot of the message, profile, or website.
- The username or phone number of the suspicious account.
- The URL (web address) if it is a fake website.
